Where are the toilets?
Our toilets are located upstairs, with a disabled toilet downstairs.
Where can I park?
There is a Wilson Carpark located directly across the road, priced at only $6 from 4pm til late. There is also a carpark behind Jive, just a bit further up Hindley Street. Otherwise, there are parks along Phillip Street and Gray Street.
Where can I smoke?
Our smoking areas are out the front on Hindley Street, on our Balcony, and in our Beer Garden after 9pm when our kitchen closes.
Can I book for just drinks?
Absolutely! Even if you’re not coming in for a meal, we highly recommend you still book for drinks.
Is there a time limit on my booking?
Generally, no, however during busy times we may implement a 2-hour booking limit.
What do I do if I have a dietary requirement?
Speak to our friendly staff and we will be able to accommodate for any dietary requirement you have.
I misplaced my belongings at the West Oak Hotel, what are my options?
Give us a call or message our Facebook page, we will have a look around for you and put your belongings somewhere safe for you to come and pick up.
